Your First Insights

The Swiss AI Hub Platform provides access to agents that can answer questions and retrieve information. Let's look at what insights you can gain from interactions with these agents.

Traceability

After starting a conversation with any agent, you can review all the events generated during the interaction.

The tracing service shows all interactions between agents and users. You can examine any interaction to see exactly what the agent did and how it generated the answer. You can also open this view directly from the chat interface by selecting the tracing icon underneath the agent's answer. This opens a window from the right with the same view as the service page, allowing you to analyze an interaction without leaving the chat.

Document Retrieval

You can view the document parts a RAG agent used to answer your question directly from the chat interface. This allows you to fact-check the agent's answer against the document contents.
