Architecture decisions

Architecture decisions are recorded as ADRs in docs/arc42/decisions/. Each ADR follows the format YYYY_MM_DD_short_snake_summary.md with Context, Decision Drivers, Decision, and Consequences sections. Reversing an existing ADR requires a new ADR justifying the change.
